These terms govern your use of www.wordpressistic.com and the WordPressistic family of products and services, operated by WordPressistic LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (EIN 30-1504559), 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.
1. Acceptance
By accessing our websites, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
WordPressistic LLC provides WordPress-native automation, analytics and management products (“Products” — including SEOistic, Insightistic, Chatbotistic, Memberistic, Bookingistic, Scheduleistic, Postistic, CRMistic, Tripistic, Licenseistic, Verifyistic and the WPistic platform) and related web development and consulting services (“Services”). Products are licensed, not sold.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Accounts are per-organization. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Memberships, Billing & Renewals
Memberships (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency and WPistic All-Access) bill monthly or annually through Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time in your account or by contacting hello@wordpressistic.com; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Digital products and memberships carry a 7-day refund window from the initial purchase, provided the product has not been used to deliver client work at scale. Refund requests: hello@wordpressistic.com. Full details in our Delivery & Refund Policy. Custom development services are governed by the agreed statement of work.
5. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful use, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- No reverse-engineering, reselling, or circumventing license or rate limits.
- AI features answer from your connected business data — you are responsible for the accuracy of data you connect.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content and data. We retain all rights to the Products, including software, designs and trademarks. White-label rights are granted explicitly on Agency and All-Access plans.
7. Service Levels & Availability
We target 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Premium (VVIP) support is included with WPistic All-Access memberships.
8. Third-Party Services
Integrations (Google, WooCommerce, payment providers and others) are governed by their respective terms.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordPressistic LLC’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico, unless applicable consumer law grants you a different venue.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in-product notice.
