1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, products and services operated by WordPressistic LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States (EIN 30-1504559), including wordpressistic.com, wpistic.com and all product subdomains ("Services"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- Accounts are per-organization. Team seats are included per plan.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Products & Subscriptions
Our products (SEOistic, Insightistic, ChatBotistic, Memberistic, Bridgistic, Verifyistic, FFL Checkout and the WPistic AI Studio) are licensed, not sold. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and may be cancelled anytime in your account or by contacting support. Standalone plans apply to a single product; WPistic All-Access covers all current and future products.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, spam, or to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent license or rate limits.
- AI features answer from your connected business data — you are responsible for the accuracy of data you connect.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your content and data. We retain all rights to the Services, including software, designs and trademarks. White-label rights are granted explicitly on Agency and All-Access plans.
6. Service Levels & Availability
We target 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Premium (VVIP) support is included with WPistic All-Access memberships.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordPressistic LLC's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced 14 days in advance by email or in-product notice.
