Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any WordPressistic service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service. If you're using WordPressistic on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher).
• You provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secret.
• One person, one account, unless on the Agency tier where seat invitations are allowed.
• You may close your account anytime via /portal/settings/.

3. Memberships, billing, refunds

Tiers

WordPressistic offers Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, and Lifetime tiers. Pricing is shown at /pricing/ and may change with notice for new subscribers (existing subscribers keep their original price for one year minimum).

Billing

• Paid tiers are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Charges happen on the same calendar day each cycle (monthly or annual).
• If a payment fails, we retry over 14 days and email you. After 14 days of failed payments, we downgrade your account to Free.
• Annual prepay gets the discount shown on the pricing page; no further price changes during the prepaid period.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring fees, ever.

Refunds

• 30-day money-back guarantee on Starter, Pro, and Agency. Email [email protected] within 30 days of payment for a full refund.
• Lifetime is non-refundable after 30 days.
• Pro-rated refunds for downgrades aren't issued — your tier change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Taxes

Listed prices exclude VAT and sales tax where applicable. We collect and remit tax through Stripe Tax based on your billing address.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use WordPressistic to:

• Break any law or regulation.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our source code beyond what GPL or your license allows.
• Scrape, mine, or otherwise extract data from our APIs beyond your tier's stated quota.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate a competing service using our content/code/output.
• Interfere with the service for other users (DDoS, brute force, exploit attempts).
• Pretend to be someone you're not.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without notice and without refund.

5. Your content + content rights

You keep all rights to content you upload, generate, or process through WordPressistic ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to deliver the service to you.

You confirm Your Content doesn't infringe third-party rights and is lawful to upload. We may remove Your Content if we're notified of a credible infringement claim or it violates Section 4.

Tools Hub outputs (generated meta tags, schemas, sitemaps, etc.) are yours to use however you want — including commercially. We don't claim ownership over outputs you generate.

6. Our intellectual property

The WordPressistic name, logo, brand assets, design system, and proprietary tooling are owned by WordPressistic. You may not copy, modify, or use them outside the scope of your subscription. Plugins/themes purchased from the marketplace come under their own license (typically GPL v2+ for code; CC-BY for design assets).

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. We don't currently offer SLA credits at any tier — when we miss our target meaningfully, we email all affected members and treat the next month as goodwill.

8. Third-party services

WordPressistic integrates with Stripe, Cloudflare, GA4, MailPoet, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others. Each has its own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for changes those vendors make. If a critical vendor changes pricing or terms, we may pass that through with 30 days' notice.

9. Warranties + disclaimer

WordPressistic is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be fixed.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these disclaimers — in those places, the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — lost profits, lost data, business interruption — even if we knew they were possible.
• You agree that the limitations above are reasonable given the price you pay and the nature of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify WordPressistic, its founder, agents, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or law.

12. Termination

• By you — cancel anytime in /portal/subscription/. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• By us — for breach of Section 4, repeated payment failure, or for any reason on 30 days' notice. We refund the unused portion of any prepaid period (except where you breached).
• On termination: Your access stops. We delete your account data per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

13. Governing law + disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence (currently Bangladesh) without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For US/EU users, mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction still apply where they exceed these Terms.

We'd rather solve disputes directly. Email [email protected] first — most things get resolved within a few days. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to binding arbitration in the operator's jurisdiction unless prohibited by your local consumer law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we email subscribers and active members at least 14 days in advance and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
