Delivery & Refund Policy

This policy explains how WordPressistic LLC (New Mexico LLC, EIN 30-1504559, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE Ste N, Albuquerque NM 87110, USA) delivers digital products, memberships, tools and project work — and how refunds work. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
1. Digital Products & Plugins
Licenses are delivered by email and appear in your WPistic member portal immediately after successful payment. Downloads remain available for the life of your license.
2. Memberships (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency, All-Access)
Access activates immediately on payment. Tier limits (tool quotas, seats, downloads, AI usage) are shown on each plan page and in your portal. Upgrades apply instantly with prorated credit for unused time on the lower tier.
3. Services & Project Work
Website systems, automation builds and custom development follow the milestones in your agreed statement of work. Typical delivery flow: strategy call → proposal → kickoff → weekly deliveries → launch handover. You own all delivered code living on your WordPress install from the first milestone accepted.
4. Free Tools Hub
The Tools Hub is free with daily quotas; no purchase is required. Premium tool quotas belong to paid tiers.
5. Refunds
- Memberships & products: full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided the product has not been used to deliver paid client work at scale (fair-use; we check actual usage).
- Renewals: refundable within 7 days of the renewal charge if the account was not materially used after renewal.
- Custom services: governed by the statement of work; completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable, and any prepaid unused milestones are refunded.
- Not refundable: white-label/agency usage after client delivery has begun, and requests later than the windows above.
Request a refund from your member portal or email [email protected]. Approved refunds are returned via Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we resolve issues fast. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until resolved.
