2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, organization when you register.
- Billing data — handled by Paddle (our merchant of record); card details never touch our servers.
- Usage data — product usage counts and feature events needed to run the Services.
- Chat/lead data — messages and leads captured by widgets you deploy, processed on your behalf.
- Analytics — privacy-conscious, aggregated measurements (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Conversions API with hashed identifiers).
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the Services, process payments, send transactional emails, and — only with consent — marketing updates. We never sell personal data.
4. AI processing
AI features process your prompts and connected business data to generate answers. Prompts are processed by our AI gateway; we do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.
5. Sharing
Limited processors only: hosting (Cloudflare, Hostinger), payments (Paddle), email delivery, and AI inference providers — each under data-processing agreements. Legal requests are honored where valid.
6. Retention & rights
Account data is kept while your account is active and up to 90 days after deletion for billing integrity. You may request access, correction, export or deletion anytime — GDPR (UK/EU) and CCPA-style rights are respected globally. Email privacy@wordpressistic.com.
