WordPressistic LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates www.wordpressistic.com and the WordPressistic family of products (SEOistic, Insightistic, Chatbotistic, Memberistic, Bookingistic, Scheduleistic, Postistic, CRMistic, Tripistic, Licenseistic, Verifyistic and the WPistic platform). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Who We Are

2. What We Collect

  • Contact information — name, email, phone (when you contact us, book a call, or sign up).
  • Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring source (via Google Analytics 4, IP-anonymized).
  • Account data — username, encrypted credentials, preferences.
  • Payment data — processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We never see or store card numbers.

3. Legal Basis

  • Consent — marketing emails, optional cookies.
  • Contract — delivering purchased services.
  • Legitimate interest — analytics, security, service improvement.

4. How We Use Data

  • Provide, maintain and improve our services.
  • Respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • Send service updates (with consent; unsubscribe any time).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the service: Google (Analytics), Paddle (payments), Hostinger (hosting and email), Cloudflare (CDN/WAF) and Z.AI (AI features). Each is engaged under its standard data-processing terms.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact forms: 12 months.
  • Analytics: 14 months.
  • Accounts: until deletion.
  • Marketing lists: until unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You may access, correct, delete or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@wordpressistic.com — we respond within 30 days.

8. Security

TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, Cloudflare WAF, role-restricted access and regular backups.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. Appropriate safeguards for EU/UK transfers are in place.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
