Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

All standalone product plans and the WPistic All-Access membership carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. If the product isn't right for you, email hello@wordpressistic.com with your order reference and we'll refund in full — no interrogation.

2. What qualifies

• First-time purchases of any subscription plan within 14 days.
• Lifetime (one-time) All-Access purchases within 14 days.
• Annual plans are refunded in full within the window, pro-rata after discussion.

3. What doesn't qualify

• Custom engineering services already delivered (fixed-scope work is approved in writing before start).
• White-label/Agency plans after client-branding delivery, unless defective.
• Abuse of the policy (repeated purchase-refund cycles).

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. License keys deactivate automatically on refund.

5. Canceling a subscription

Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support — access continues to the end of the paid period, then the product falls back to its free tier. No cancellation fees, ever.
